Brett was a great salesman, not pushy at all and really genuine. After spending the weekend talking to every car salesman in Cranbrook it was really great to deal with someone so relaxed and helpful. We’ve driven and got pricing for every SUV out there and nothing came close to beating the price and value of the Subaru Forester.
We picked up our new Subaru Forester Sport model last weekend and so far we love it! Tiffany Deren was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We live in Alberta, so they waved the BC PST, they gave us a good price on swapping the OEM MS tires to Michelin Climate 2 all season tires, their dealer fees are much less than Calgary and the prices on their web page are lower as well. They facilitated the sale of our 9 yr old Chevy Traverse with 230,000km to a wholesale dealer for a price we were happy with. They threw in floor mats and a block heater too. Tiffany gave us the key fob and told us a good route for a test drive. We test drove a Forester, CrossTrek and a Rav 4 from the local Toyota dealer. I have a Toyota Sequoia to pull my fishing boat and have no complaints with Toyota, but Consumer Reports gives the best rating to the Subaru Forester, with the RAV4 in second and the Honda CRV a distant 3rd. I completely agree with their ratings. We owned a Honda Pilot for 10 years & 336,000km and have no complaints with Honda either. A very fun experience overall.
I had a conversation with the service desk this week and I was literally left speechless!! The man I spoke with was 100% transparent and put high standards and ethics over making a quick buck!!! This standard of care just doesn’t exist in this world anymore!! I’d often heard of the very high customer loyalty of Subaru customers and this is exactly why!! I think that more companies need to take a page out of your book!! I’ve been raving about you to everyone that will listen ever since we talked!!!
